By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with an enquiry or booking.
Custom Dry Cleaning & Restoration provides professional cleaning, pest control and property restoration services across Newcastle and the Hunter Region. Specific services, scope of work and pricing are confirmed at the time of quoting and booking. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service where site conditions, safety or legal requirements make the requested work impractical or unsafe.
Quotes provided through our enquiry form are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary following an on-site assessment. Any agreed quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site at the agreed time, including access to water, power and parking where required. If access cannot be provided, a call-out fee may apply. We will make every reasonable effort to attend appointments on time and to notify you promptly of any unavoidable delays.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.
We carry $20 million public liability insurance and take care to deliver services to a professional standard. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear or defects not caused by our work, or for issues arising from information you did not disclose. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed unless otherwise required by law.
